To honor National Jazz Appreciation Month (JAM), you are welcome to join The African American Museum of the Arts Thin Man Watts Jazz Fest. The event will be held on April 25th, 2026. The tickets will cover access to the venue at the Museum of Art, DeLand 600 N. Woodland Blvd. To purchase your tickets for the event please click on the button below.

About JAM
National Jazz Appreciation Month (JAM) is celebrated each year in April. In 2001, it was established by the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. Jazz is often referred to as the most uniquely American style of music, and even the original American art form. Jazz is greatly linked to African American history and culture.
Throughout the entire month of April, JAM is intended to stimulate and encourage people of all ages to participate in jazz – to study the music, attend concerts, listen to jazz on radio and recordings, read books about jazz, and more.
