It’s a free day for the whole family. 3-on-3 basketball, demonstrations and live performances will fill the afternoon held along historic Northwest Fifth Avenue in Delray Beach. Bring the kids, bring the grandparents. The Spady Living Heritage Festival is a free, family affair during Black History Month.
