Can ordinary citizens and community members preserve the places that are important to them?

Join us for a moderated panel discussion featuring the efforts to save the “Bro Bowl” in Tampa, the Seminole Tribe of Florida Tribal Historic Preservation Office’s efforts to document Seminole tribal heritage, establishment of the John G. Riley Center/Museum, and the successful commemoration of Tallahassee’s Smokey Hollow community. Panelists also will share their insights on broader preservation issues that communities face today.

Enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres before the program. The event is free, but seating is limited. CLICK HERE to reserve your spot or call (850) 487-1902.
